The Classic Firework is a limited time ability block. It was introduced to celebrate the Fourth of July in 2018, but came out a day late.
Obtaining[]
Classic Firework were able to be bought in packs of three in-game Shop. Alternatively, five free fireworks are given when joining a Fourth of July update server. The Classic Firework could also have been obtained through redeeming certain (now expired) Codes.
Functionality[]
When activated by click, a Button or a Lever, it will launch into the direction the tip of the firework is facing and explode, leaving a display of sparkles, which will fade shortly after. The player can change the sparkles by painting the firework.
Once launched, the stick stays on the floor and can be deleted. It will despawn naturally after 6-7 seconds.
Fireworks can stick to any surface, including players. If the firework sticks on an obstacle, it will destroy that obstacle when it explodes, with the exception of the Giant Rock, which takes little damage from the firework.
Bugs[]
- The Helicopter Glitch: the player attaches the firework to themself, then attaches the firework to a boat, utilizing the ladder glitch to stay in the air.
- The Steering Glitch: the player attaches the firework to themself, then attaches the firework to a ship or tall pillar, allowing the player to 'control' it.
- Fireworks stick to the player if the player's avatar is phasing through the firework when it is activated.
Trivia[]
- The Mystery Box's yellow power will cause fireworks' sparkles to change to yellow.
