The Boss was a limited time Quest released on 07/22/2018, then re-released on 07/26/2018, for 13 days. It was removed on 08/09/2018.
Fighting Fabbi[]
Upon starting, a yellow line formed half-way across the Building Space, demarcating the building area. Four monoliths slowly rose from the ground, then, a large block in the center. This block would subsequently explode to reveal Fabbi_theDuck. The explosion killed all players near it and flying debris from the box could knock the players back. All players in the team are then given swords to fight Fabbi. Fabbi does not attack players from other teams, but the enemies he spawns can still damage them.
Phases[]
Fabbi_theDuck had 4 phases; each subsequent phase was harder than the previous.
- First phase: Fabbi shoots Flaming Ducks at players. Flaming Ducks ignite every limb or block that it touches, much like the Dragon's fireballs. Using green merging level for building a shield was discouraged against the Flaming Ducks as they quickly destroyed merged blocks.
- Second phase: Fabbi shoots both Flaming Ducks and spawns Pumpkin Bombs below his feet. Pumpkin Bombs spawn in groups of 4, then explode in 3 volleys. Pumpkin Bombs had a short fuse. Its effects included flinging the player and dealing about 25 damage; however, it did not damage blocks.
- Third phase: Fabbi shoots Flaming Ducks, Pumpkin Bombs, and Homing Tacos. Homing Tacos spawn in groups of two and follow players at a speed slightly slower than the standard player walk speed. They deal damage upon contact. They can be killed with the sword.
- Fourth phase: Fabbi's Pumpkin Bombs and Homing Tacos become stronger and spawn more frequently, alongside two Dinosaurs.
Rewards[]
When killed, Fabbi dropped 100 Gold and 14 Bread. All surviving players also received 10 Bread. His bones remained on the Building Space along with a piece of Bread, which could be picked up. Each Dinosaur was worth 20 Gold, while each Taco was 2-4 Gold (depending on the phase).
Strategies[]
- The player can attach a Firework to their avatar, then attach various material blocks as a shield.
- Use Harpoons to restrict the Dinosaur when spawned; multiple Harpoons can knock a Dinosaur on its side. The player can place unanchored seats on the Dinosaur once disabled and sail the boat to use it as a meat shield.
- Wait for the walls to explode, then rush Fabbi with Cutlasses from the Mounted Swords.
Tips[]
- Cannons cannot deal damage to the Homing Tacos, but they can knock them back, giving the player more time to kill them.
- Evade the Pumpkin Bombs as they drop.
- Form a team with many team members to distract the Homing Tacos and defeat Fabbi theDuck faster.
- If a team member is on fire do not touch them, as their body will burn other players or blocks.
- Fabbi's main weak spot is his hipbone.
- Attacking on Fabbi_theDuck's from below during the first phase can protect the player from the Flaming Ducks.
- Under his hipbone is not fully safe, however, as a Flaming Duck can still hit a limb, or any of Fabbi's bombs can knock the player back.
- Attaching an anchored block to the dinosaurs hold them in place.
- A maximum of 12 Tacos can pursue at once the player before the extra Tacos automatically die off.
- Launching would send Pumpkin Bombs and Homing Tacos into the river originally, though this was later fixed.
Bugs[]
- Cannons did not damage Fabbi_theDuck originally.
- Killing Fabbi before killing the Dinosaurs could cause him to not drop Bread.
- Killing Fabbi before the roar would break the quest, making it unbeatable.

- This is the first quest that offered repeatable rewards.
- The Boss was removed shortly after its release on 07/22/2018 due to bugs. It was later re-introduced on 07/26/2018.
- The soundtrack that plays when fighting Fabbi_theDuck is "Intense Strings (No Solo)" by Frederic Sans in KOS598 STACCATO STRINGS.
- The quest is based off a similar YouTuber-exclusive boss fight in The Secret Place, which rewarded 25 bread and one Fabbi's Plushie once when defeated.
